Reman engine

moteur-echange-standardThe reman engine carries out the repair of an entire engine or just a specific part of that engine.

This consists of exchanging your old engine for a reconditioned engine which follows all of the product norms of regular Perkins engines.

This method of replacement provides an good compromise between the purchase of a new engine and the complete repair of an old engine.

This method of exchange is specifically applicable to cases of old and worn engines.

Long engine

The long engine exchange is a standard classical exchange. This concerns a short engine closed by a cylinder head respecting the tightening torque.

The different components : cylinder block, cylinder head, crank shaft, and connecting rod are reconditioned following the same norms as the reman engine.

The cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings, bushings, valves, and joints are systematically replaced by the brand-new corresponding parts.

The Long engine does not consist of: timing, the cam shaft, the oil pump, the injection pump, injectors or the water pump.
